The apartments are designed by Conran & Partners and Conran Holdings is a shareholder in City Lofts.
The partnership has produced over 20 large projects in a 10-year period. Current projects include residential developments in Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham and Cardiff.
