Tom Howe joined in 2007 and is the Group Finance Director. He is a Chartered Accountant and worked in international corporate finance for over 25 years with Lazards, Schroders and Deloitte, working in London and Hong Kong before specialising in the Central and Eastern European region from 1990 onwards.

Tom has worked in most countries in that region and lived in Prague, Bratislava, Sofia and Bucharest for over six years from 1998.
